moritz advises on complex m&a, private equity and cross-border tax structuring. he is a german certified tax advisor and german certified expert advisor for international tax law, with a m.sc. in business administration (university of mannheim), a ph.d. in tax law and executive education at harvard law and business school. he has years of experience working at top uk and american law firms, advising on some of europe’s largest m&a and private equity deals. moritz finished basically all his education stages in the top 1% with best possible marks and received germany’s most prestigious award in tax law for his dissertation on corporate mergers. he is also the author of several publications on corporate reorganizations, international tax law, and financial transactions, offering deep insights into complex tax matters.
